Bill any pricing model. Collect it without chasing anyone.

Pensura builds every client's invoice —flat fee, usage, visits, exceptions—, sends it, tracks it until it's due, and tells you the moment it's paid.

Invoiced isn't collected.

Issuing is 40% of the job. The other 60% is remembering: who hasn't paid, who needs a nudge, how much came in this month, what happened to that January invoice. Today that 60% lives in one person's head.

PRICING

No pricing model is too complicated

Flat fee, usage-based, per event, tiered, mixed. Including that exception you made for a client back in 2022 that's still in effect. Model it once and it applies every month.

  • Recurring billing at any frequency
  • Usage and metered units
  • Tiers, minimums and caps
  • Per-client special terms
Aguirre S.A. Draft
Monthly fee $ 120.000,00
Visits 43 × $1.500 $ 64.500,00
March total $ 184.500,00

Special term in effect since 2022: visit at $1.500.

CAPTURE

What happens on-site ends up in here

A visit, a service call, a delivery, an on-call shift. It gets logged where it happens and flows straight into that month's invoice. No spreadsheet in between, no one re-typing anything.

  • Logged from a phone or via integration
  • Every event stays linked to its invoice
  • Clients see the detail behind every charge

  • Credit notes and adjustments

PENSURA ANSWERS

Ask your invoicing

How much does Aguirre S.A. owe me? What did I bill them over the last six months? How much am I expecting to collect in March? Who's more than 30 days overdue? Ask it the way you'd ask your office manager, and you get the number back.

OBJECTIONS

Does it replace my accounting system?

No. Pensura handles invoicing and collections; your accountant keeps doing their part. The two connect.

My pricing is a mess — does it still fit?

That's exactly the case it was built for. If you're handling it with a spreadsheet today, it fits.

Do collection emails go out under Pensura's name?

The emails are sent from Pensura, but you stay in control. Every invoice keeps a complete history: when it was sent, when it was viewed, when it was paid. Your client doesn't get a loose PDF lost in an inbox: they get a direct link to their invoice, always available, no logins or passwords to remember.

How long until I can start?

We take care of the analysis and the setup. Once everything's ready, you start invoicing and collecting. That whole process usually takes about a month, depending on how complex your business is.

Close the month with peace of mind

Start with the clients you already have. Your first invoicing run goes out the same week.
